Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Native Vietnamese (language of Vietnamese is compulsory.)
- Need 1 year HR experience in working experience.
- Academic background in HR Management, HRIS, or similar courses is preferred.
- Strong ability to research, explore, and listen actively to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Have experience in customer service support with basic knowledge of Human Resources.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for employees, delivering support through phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to and resolve employee questions regarding payroll, time off, leaves of absence, and benefits with precision, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Utilize internal systems to track, manage, and follow up on support cases in a timely and efficient manner.
- Leverage critical thinking and sound judgment to navigate and resolve moderately complex and sensitive employee matters.
- Deliver guidance that adheres to internal policies, standard procedures, and applicable compliance regulations.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain thorough case notes within the case management platform.
- Provided training.
- 5 working days (Mon-Fri;8am-5pm)
