Seberang Perai - HR Generalist (Native Thai) - Penang (Mon-Fri)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai (language of Thai is compulsory.)

• Need 1 year HR experience in working experience.
• Academic background in HR Management, HRIS, or similar courses is preferred.
• Strong ability to research, explore, and listen actively to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Have experience in customer service support with basic knowledge of Human Resources.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for employees, delivering support through phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve inquiries related to payroll, time away, leave of absence, and benefits with accuracy, empathy, and discretion.
• Effectively manage support cases using tools.
• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to resolve moderately complex and sensitive employee issues.
• Ensure all guidance provided aligns with internal policies, procedures, and relevant compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes within the case management system.
• Provided training.
• 5 working days (Mon-Fri;8am-5pm)
