Job Description & Summary

Those in learning assessment at PwC will focus on evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programmes. You will be responsible for administering assessments, evaluating learning outcomes, providing feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of training initiatives and enhance employee development.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Products Operations- Support the end-to-end online learning platform product management, including content development, customer success interactions and reporting.
- Manage learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, webinar tools), ensuring smooth accessibility and user experience.
- Organisation and upkeep of learning content, ensuring materials are accurately categorised and periodically reviewed for relevance.
- Track and compile reports on user engagement to update key client accounts.
- Provide first-level support to clients, addressing common questions and guiding them to relevant resources or solutions.
- Support in the development of marketing and communication materials (e.g., social media posts, newsletters) to promote content and events.
- Assist in the design and refresh of product collateral (eg., decks, activity resources), ensuring they are visually engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute both physical and online events (eg., workshops, roundtable, info sessions, webinars).
- Assist with tasks related to Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) compliance and documentation.
- Organise, update and maintain trackers and templates for essential workflows.
- Represent the Online Academy team in working groups as needed.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Experience with physical and virtual event planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Adobe video editing experience is a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in branding and content creation.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning tools is an advantage.
