Junior Key Account Manager

We are seeking a driven Junior Key Account Manager to join our team in KL. This role offers a balance of new business development (hunter) and client relationship management (farmer). Leads are fully provided by our in-house Lead Generation team.
This role is designed for sales professionals with 1-2 years of experience.
- 1 - 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (speaking and writing).
- Experience with prompting Generative AI tools is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
- Ambitious attitude with desire to grow in a hunter-farmer sales role.
- Manage the full sales cycle from contacting to closing, managing both new customer acquisition and existing client retention.
- Build and nurture a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted advisor for hiring needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and tech teams to deliver innovative solutions and enhance client experiences.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, DeepSeek) to optimize your workflow and create personalized client approaches.
