Requirements / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience hiring for retail / frontline / corporate roles (if applicable)
- Knowledge of local employment laws and hiring practices
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit interviews.
- Manage HR systems, employee records, and ensure data accuracy and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation such as contracts, appointment, promotion, transfer, disciplinary, and termination letters.
- Administer company insurance, licenses, and medical/dental insurance claims.
- Handle employee relations issues including grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training, induction programmes, and training requirements.
- Plan and support staff welfare and recreational activities.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
