This is a full-time on-site role as a Tour Operations Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Requirement:
- Achieve at least SPM education
- Requires candidates with minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the Travel industry.
- Able to write, read and speak in English and Mandarin.
- Outspoken and soft-spoken person.
- Good Follow-up Skill and highly attentive to enquiry.
- Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour.
- Basic Computer Skill (Outlook, Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel when necessary (company will provide allowance if necessary).
- Location: City Square, Johor Bahru
- To deal with the overseas DMC, Accommodation or cruise line principle;
- To assist in making booking in cruise line booking engine; OR
- To assist in all aspect of tour operations; including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets and ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities; OR
- To assist in doing flight booking through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber and Amadeus)
- To compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentations are properly filed;
- Recording orders for all related tour services;
- To provide full support for tour packages sales and departures;
- To educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support;
- To participate in all field work, including Airport duties and travel fairs
