The Operations Executive / Supervisor is responsible for supporting and supervising daily terminal operational activities, ensuring smooth cargo handling, manpower coordination, and operational efficiency in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

• Able to speak Mandarin (required for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).

• Minimum 3 years experience in terminal operations, port operations, or logistics operations.

• Familiar with cargo handling, stevedoring, yard planning, or terminal workflow.

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and supervision skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

1. Coordinate and supervise daily terminal operations including cargo handling and yard activities.

1. Monitor operational workflow to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety compliance.

1. Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and clients regarding operational matters.

1. Plan and arrange manpower deployment according to operational requirements.

1. Prepare operational reports and update management on daily activities.

1. Ensure compliance with company SOP, safety regulations, and operational standards.

1. Assist in resolving operational issues and handling on-site coordination matters.

1. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
