We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries,providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound calls related to Water Filter customer complaints.
  • Manage customer inquiries and responses via Live Chat.
  • Conduct outbound calls to perform customer satisfaction checks.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they remain satisfied.
  • Actively listen to customers’ needs, provide solutions, or escalate to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to address inquiries effectively.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks when required.
