Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Preferably at least 2 - 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house or agency setting.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent sourcing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and candidates.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is an added advantage.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- High attention to detail with a proactive and professional work attitude.
- Exposure to campus recruitment and employer branding activities is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Candidates with experience in the fintech industry will have an added advantage.
About the Role:
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition at Finexus, you will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers, the HR team, and external partners to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and aligning with our company’s strategic talent goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles – from job requisition to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Create and manage job postings on various job boards and platforms.
- Actively source both active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct CV screenings, phone interviews, and manage interview logistics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including participation in career fairs, campus outreach, and internship programs.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and improve hiring efficiency.
- Stay updated on current recruitment trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with external headhunters and recruitment agencies to fulfill hiring needs.
- Handle hiring across technical, non-technical (including hospitality), and internship roles.
- Manage end-to-end internship onboarding, including handling claims (e.g., LIKES program).
- Manage end-to-end hiring process for foreign hires, including work pass application and onboarding via MDEC.
