Your role as a Recruitment Intern
You will be a part of the Technology Recruitment team, focusing on recruiting IT professionals.
You will be mainly responsible in conducting pre-screening interviews with IT candidates.- Finding the right talent to meet our clients hiring needs
- Sourcing for candidates using different methods such as via job portals, writing job ads, sourcing through Randstad database, referral, cold calling, headhunting etc.
- Building a strong pipeline of candidates to quickly match the right people to the right roles and to quickly put forward to our clients
- Arrange interviews with candidates, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
In summary, as a recruitment intern in Randstad, you are expected to handle the candidate sourcing process which includes short-listing and interviewing candidates while also collaborating with your team to reach team goals and targets.
Requirements- open to candidates from any background and industry
- open to university students looking for internship or fresh graduates who are looking for a HR internship to kick start their career.
- excellent English communication skills, willing to speak and interview senior candidates and industry professionals
- Comfortable talking to strangers and building rapport.
- Employment: 3-6 months contract
- Location: amazing new office in Bangsar South
- 2 days work from home provided (new joiners are expected to be in office as much as possible for ease of training and mentoring)
- Salary: RM1,200 per month (negotiable)
