Recruitment Executive (Sales Talent Acquisition)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Executive to lead our efforts in attracting and hiring dynamic sales professionals. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we bring in the right people who will drive growth for our company.

• Partner with management to understand hiring needs and job requirements for sales positions.
• Create attractive job postings and distribute them on job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, networking, and recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/online interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future sales hiring needs.
• Track recruitment KPIs.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

• Good communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles at once.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Prior recruitment or admin experience preferred, but not essential – training will be provided.
