Candidates must possess at least an SPM certificate or have academic qualifications related to finance and accounting.

A minimum of 2 years of work experience in finance and accounting is required.

Highly adaptable to change, capable of pivoting and finding alternative solutions, with a demonstrated ability to meet new challenges.

To be responsible for the clerical accounting duties and assist in the administrative function of the organization.
Tasks include –
To ensure accounts receivable are collected on time and provide updates on collection status;
To ensure payments are collected within credit terms;
To prepare monthly financial statements, payment receipts and credit note;
To perform inspection for all customer return goods and issue claim forms to customers;
To prepare monthly sales aging to the salesperson;
To contact overdue customers for payment collection;
To prepare salesperson claims;
To follow up on customer collection status and provide updates;
To issue official receipts and credit note for discount vouchers or payment discounts;
To prepare and maintain records of payment vouchers and perform online payments;
To report to superior on any discrepancy or findings in daily records or transactions.
