- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in finance and accounting is required.

- To ensure payments are collected within credit terms;
- To prepare monthly financial statements, payment receipts and credit note;
- To perform inspection for all customer return goods and issue claim forms to customers;
- To prepare monthly sales aging to the salesperson;
- To contact overdue customers for payment collection;
- To prepare salesperson claims;
- To follow up on customer collection status and provide updates;
- To issue official receipts and credit note for discount vouchers or payment discounts;
- To prepare and maintain records of payment vouchers and perform online payments;
- To report to superior on any discrepancy or findings in daily records or transactions.
