- Min 1 years exp in call centre preferably in fintech, banking, or payment gateway environments.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skill in Bahasa or English.
- Problem solving skill to handle customer inquiry, complaint and resolve issues efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat during office hours
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for payment transactions, settlement issues or dispute transaction
- Monitor daily payment (FPX, card payments, e-wallets) and proactively update merchants on system status, bank maintenance.
- Escalate complex cases to Technical, Finance, or Risk teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ticket logs in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer feedback, common issues, and trends for management review.
- Deliver outstanding service
- Overtime will be compensated at RM15/hour.
- If required to work on a public holiday, you will be compensated at a fixed RM120/day.
