Customer Service Representative

Must have SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree is required for expats.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (especially those with degrees in Mass Communication, English, or related fields).
- Provide excellent support to customers via phone, chat and email.
- Assist with online orders, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Handle payments and sensitive data securely.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude at all times.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on products and meet performance KPIs.
