Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1-3 year experiences in logistics customer service industries or relevant fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (require to liaise with China)
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate daily shipment bookings, scheduling and follow-ups
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively update customers on status, issues, and resolutions
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing quotation and shipment terms/policies
- Prepare and manage shipping documents/reports and related paperwork
