Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1-3 year experiences in logistics customer service industries or relevant fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (require to liaise with China)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinate daily shipment bookings, scheduling and follow-ups
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively update customers on status, issues, and resolutions
  • Provide accurate information about our services, pricing quotation and shipment terms/policies
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents/reports and related paperwork
