We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taiwanese speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our international teams in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, Malaysia.

- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Assist customers in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Taiwanese
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Fluent in Mandarin OR Cantonese OR Taiwanese (native or near-native level)
- Good English communication skills (basic to intermediate accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur or Penang
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required (training provided)
