Finance Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent
- Minimum 7 years working experience in finance or accounting
- Experience with full set of accounts, financial closings, and audit processes.
- Oversee Financial Operations: Manage the daily operations of the Finance Department including its Admin and HR role, ensuring all processes are running smoothly.
- Financial Closings: Assist in the financial closing, ensuring accurate and timely closing of accounts for all the entities of the group.
- Audit and Tax Filings: Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process, ensuring the completion of audits and tax filings in compliance with regulations and deadlines.
- Process Improvement: Actively participate in identifying inefficiencies within existing workflows and implement strategies to improve processes and controls.
- Delegate Task: Delegate the tasks to subordinate based on their roles and capabilities.
