They are currently seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercial strategy for an exciting pipeline of niche, high-value projects.
about the job- Conducting in-depth research to understand target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, using these insights to inform strategy and identify new audience segments.
- Overseeing the entire marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance. You will also manage the marketing budget, collaborate with external partners, and ensure all projects align with business goals.
- Planning and executing impactful advertising and promotional campaigns to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, consultants, and industry partners to support business development and sales conversion.
- Lead a high-performing team to meet sales targets and deliver a premium client experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Property Management or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in property sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong grasp of sales strategies, market dynamics, and property valuation principles.
