We’re growing fast and we’re looking for passionate Sales Executives to join our mission of creating healthier homes and smarter commercial spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of HISTRONG, connecting with homeowners, interior designers, contractors, and developers. Your mission: drive sales, build strong client relationships, and promote our eco interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote HISTRONG’s wall panels, ceilings, and cabinetry solutions to potential customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, cold calls, and site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, designers, and industry partners
• Conduct on-site product presentations, measurement consultations, and quotations
• Follow up closely on leads and sales pipeline through CRM and WhatsApp
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns when required

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or equivalent
• 1–3 years of sales experience in interior design, building materials, or home improvement (Fresh grads with passion to sell are welcome too!)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, persuasive personality
• Self-driven, independent, and result-oriented
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for appointments
