Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in Malaysia.
  • Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
  • Provide support for employee relations, addressing inquiries and assisting with the resolution of basic employee issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as training, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Help to ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including those specific to the construction industry in Malaysia.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the HR department by performing various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing HR files.
  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS database.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits administration, including leave, medical claims, and other statutory benefits.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing HR-related documents and reports.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations in all HR activities.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
