- Experience: Previous experience is 1-2+ years of experience.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Essential for coaching, conflict resolution, employee relations and Talent Acquisition.
- Technology & Data Analytics: Proficiency in HR Management and interpreting workforce data.
- Strategic Planning: Aligning HR goals with overall business strategy.
- Sourcing and Attracting: Develop, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms, including social media, job boards, and employee referral programs.
- Screening and Assessment: Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess skills, experience, and knowledge to determine fit.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department managers to identify future staffing needs and establish specific job requirements.
- Candidate Management: Serve as the main point of contact, managing the interview process, conducting reference checks, and delivering offer letters.
- Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking and ensure all hiring practices comply with legal regulations.
