Greet customers and assist with their orders in a friendly manner.
- Explain menu items (durian types, drinks, etc.) and make recommendations when needed.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, including tables, counters, and dining areas.
- Assist in basic food preparation (e.g. packing durians, simple drinks preparation).
- Restock supplies and ensure items are well displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor if needed.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is required for workplace communication.
- Friendly, polite, and willing to serve customers.
- Able to handle cash and basic POS system.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a durian-related environment (handling smell, outdoor setting, etc.).
- Prior F&B or cashier experience is an advantage but not required.
