Talent Acquisition & Development Manager

Recruitment Background:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Background in retail industry is an added advantage and/or
• Prior experience working in a recruitment agency.

Training Experience:

• Handson experience in conducting internal company training
• Exposure to sales-related training, including:

1. Sales techniques / skills
2. Customer service excellence

• Experience in delivering soft skills and motivational training.

General:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Talent Acquisition & Development Manager to lead talent acquisition and drive impactful training initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who understands fast-paced hiring environments and has a passion for developing people through practical, business driven training programs.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates
• Maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Manage recruitment platforms and employer branding initiatives.

• Design and deliver internal training programs focusing on:

1. Sales performance & skills
2. Soft skills (communication, customer service & etc)
3. Staff motivation & engagement

• Work closely with HODs to identify training needs
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness with practical outcomes
• Support performance improvement through targeted training interventions
