Sales & BD Support

About the Role:

You will play a key role in supporting sales operations, liaising with clients and partners across regional markets, and assisting the business development team with administrative and client-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales and business development teams in daily operations, including lead management, and sales tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth communication and project follow-ups.
• Prepare sales materials, client presentations, and proposals.
• Responsibility for prospecting new clients
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to assist in identifying new business opportunities.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and providing after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
• Help organize meetings, client visits, and regional events when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support, customer service, or business development role.
• Fluent in Chinese vernacular, BM and English both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in B2B sales or international trade is a plus.
• Prior exposure in SaaS background
