Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Good understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and industry practices
