We are looking for a hands-on Quantity Surveyor to manage costing, quotations, and project financial control for roofing and metal works.
Key Responsibilities- Tendering & Quotation
- Study drawings, BQ, and specifications. Prepare detailed cost estimation
- Cost Control & Profit Protection
- Monitor project cost vs budget
- Contract & Claims
- Assist in final account closing
- Coordination
- Work closely with Project Coordinator & site team, suppliers and subcontractors
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction / Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
- Experience in construction works is an advantage
- Strong in Excel (must know formulas & costing structure)
- AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and disciplined
- And willing to learn attitude
