  • Hardworking, punctual, and able to handle a little work pressure.
  • A fast learner with a positive attitude.
  • Advantageous: Basic knowledge of SQL accounting software.
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Work Week: 6 days per week (with alternate Saturdays off)
  • Perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Ensure that data items are maintained and readily available Process invoices, delivery notes, and calculate inventory before picking up goods
  • Handle and respond to email correspondence promptly and all incoming calls
  • Assist with data entry, filing, record keeping and performs general clerical duties.
  • Provide general support to other team members as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required· Perform other duties assigned by superiors
