We are looking for a motivated Business Administration Intern to join our team starting October - February. This internship provides hands-on experience in business operations and administrative support:
Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities:
- Assist the Admin Executive with daily administrative tasks including CRM updates, data entry, and document filing.
- Gain practical experience in issuing sales invoices and generating official receipts for clients.
- Learn how to maintain accurate customer records and support follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Support the Admin Executive in matching receipts with invoices and maintaining proper financial documentation.
- Develop organizational and communication skills in a real business environment.
Location: Jelutong, Penang
Contract length: 4-6 months

- Basic Excel (data entry, basic formulas)

- Attention to detail when matching receipts with invoices
- Basic filing and record-keeping (digital)
- Currently pursuing or completed Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
