Ampang Jaya - Sales Consultant – Anytime Fitness Bangi Evo Mall

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our Pre-Sales team for the new Anytime Fitness club at Bangi Evo Mall.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential members. Your role is to engage with leads, understand their fitness goals, and convert them into active members before the club opens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote the Anytime Fitness brand in surrounding areas (in-mall booths, offices, residential zones)
• Handle walk-ins, online inquiries, and outbound follow-ups
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Update leads and conversions into CRM system

KPI Highlights:

• Weekly membership sign-ups
• Conversion rate from leads
• Daily outreach activities (calls, messages, walk-ins handled)
• Team support in events and on-ground campaigns
• With Basic Salary RM2,500 – RM3,000
• Attractive Commission Scheme
• Bonus : Pre-Sales milestone bonus (e.g. 100–200–300 members)
