- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
- Demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals.
- Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
- Enthusiastic about working in the gems and jewellery industry.
- Driven to achieve sales targets and earn high commissions.
- Eager to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding gold and jewelry.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our premium gold and jewelry collections to potential customers, effectively showcasing their value and craftsmanship.
- Actively engage in sales activities, including approaching customers, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the purchasing process to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including gold types, gemstones, jewelry designs, and market trends, to provide accurate and informative advice to customers.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with customers, adhering to company policies and guidelines, while striving to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments, preparing sales invoices, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and cultivate long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
