Job Summary:
- We are a leading enterprise in heavy-duty commercial vehicles and construction machinery, specializing in mining dump trucks, prime movers, and related products. To support business expansion, we are seeking a driven and resourceful Direct Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strategic client relationships and drive regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and target key accounts in mining, logistics, and large-scale engineering sectors, formulating tailored development strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance loyalty and secure repeat orders.
- Sales Target Execution
- Decompose and execute annual regional sales goals, ensuring 100% achievement.
- Lead end-to-end processes including bidding, contract negotiations, and delivery closure.
- Market Strategy Implementation
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop differentiated sales approaches.
- Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Resource Coordination & Analysis
- Provide regular feedback on client needs and market insights to drive product optimization.
- Maintain client databases, track sales performance, and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields (flexible for experienced candidates).
- At least 3 years of direct sales experience in mining dump trucks/prime movers, with in-depth knowledge of product specifications and industry applications.
- Existing client resources in mining, logistics, or related sectors, with a proven track record of rapid deal closure.
Core Competencies:
- Results-Driven Mindset: Strong goal orientation, resilience under pressure, and expertise in securing large-scale projects.
- Resource Integration: Ability to leverage internal and external resources to address client challenges effectively.
- Negotiation Expertise: Proficient in bidding processes and balancing contract risks with profitability.

- Experience at a top-tier heavy machinery manufacturer.
- Fluency in English and mandarin for international client and China HQ communication.
