Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR processes is preferred
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Full-cycle recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding processes, and personnel files
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee benefits management
- Responsible for foreign employee management, including document processing, permit application, and compliance matters
- Organize employee training and company events
- Execute daily administrative tasks (procurement, document handling, meeting arrangements, etc.)
- Maintain good employee relations and an efficient work environment
