  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR processes is preferred
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Full-cycle recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding processes, and personnel files
  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee benefits management
  • Responsible for foreign employee management, including document processing, permit application, and compliance matters
  • Organize employee training and company events
  • Execute daily administrative tasks (procurement, document handling, meeting arrangements, etc.)
  • Maintain good employee relations and an efficient work environment
