Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience & Sales
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and build lasting customer relationships.
- Coach and guide team members on Jungle House’s hosting style, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
- Actively engage with customers to promote and sell Jungle House honey products.
- Encourage and manage in-store activities, including special promotions and product consultations.
- Resolve customer enquiries and feedback professionally on the spot.
- Brand & Store Presentation
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Jungle House’s values and culture inside and outside the store.
- Maintain high standards of store environment, product displays, and staff presentation.
- Ensure marketing campaigns and promotions are executed effectively.
- Build strong relationships within the local community to grow brand awareness and sales.
- Sales & Performance Management
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, taking action to achieve targets.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity and upselling skills.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions to boost sales.
- Manage store expenses and ensure cost control to maximize profitability.
- Operations
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including rostering, store security, cash handling, and housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels and ensure accurate inventory control.
- Conduct regular stock checks to minimize loss and wastage.

- Lead by example, creating a positive and motivating work environment.
