At Jungle House, we’re passionate about sharing the goodness of pure honey and creating memorable in-store experiences. We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail team, engage with customers, and drive sales growth for our premium honey products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Experience & Sales
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Coach and guide team members on Jungle House’s hosting style, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
  • Actively engage with customers to promote and sell Jungle House honey products.
  • Encourage and manage in-store activities, including special promotions and product consultations.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and feedback professionally on the spot.
  1. Brand & Store Presentation
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Jungle House’s values and culture inside and outside the store.
  • Maintain high standards of store environment, product displays, and staff presentation.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns and promotions are executed effectively.
  • Build strong relationships within the local community to grow brand awareness and sales.
  1. Sales & Performance Management
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, taking action to achieve targets.
  • Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity and upselling skills.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions to boost sales.
  • Manage store expenses and ensure cost control to maximize profitability.
  1. Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including rostering, store security, cash handling, and housekeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  • Maintain sufficient stock levels and ensure accurate inventory control.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to minimize loss and wastage.
  1. Leadership & People Development
  • Lead by example, creating a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members to meet performance standards.
  • Support recruitment and probation review for new hires.
  • Maintain high grooming and service standards across the team.
