Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for retail and team success?

We are looking for a high-performing Showroom Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and grow our sales team at 2990 Home. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of sales performance, team development, and showroom excellence.

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales or retail management
• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese
• Results-driven with strong sales and business acumen
• Ability to analyze sales data, reports, and performance metrics
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Customer-focused with ability to handle escalated issues professionally
• Proficient in sales systems, reporting tools, or basic Excel/Google Sheets
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
• Ensure excellent customer experience across showroom and online channels
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for the team
• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring high standards and organization
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams for smooth execution
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and business insights for management
• Drive a strong, positive, and performance-focused team culture

• Proven experience in sales leadership or retail management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills (BM, English & Mandarin preferred)
• Results-driven with strong business and sales acumen
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive, responsible, and highly motivated

• 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM on 2 shifts
• 6-day work week and 1 weekday off
