Store Manager - Hair & Sculpt Care

Focus: Operations, team leadership, sales performance, and customer retention.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management:
  • Oversee the daily opening and closing of the store.
  • Ensure the store meets brand standards regarding cleanliness, ambiance (lighting, music), and safety.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering products, tracking expiration dates, and minimizing wastage.
  1. Team Leadership & Training:
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the team of therapists.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all therapists are up to date with new techniques and product knowledge.
  • Handle staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive team culture to reduce turnover.
  1. Sales & Financial Performance:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets (service revenue + retail product sales).
  • Develop strategies to increase Average Transaction Value (ATV) and customer conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales data, manage the store budget, and report financial performance to regional or headquarters management.
  1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients.
  • Implement strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction ratings on review platforms (e.g., Dianping/Meituan).
  1. Marketing & Local Promotion:
  • Execute headquarters’ marketing campaigns locally.
  • Organize promotional events or community outreach to attract new customers.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in retail, beauty, or wellness industry, with prior supervisory or managerial experience
  • Proven track record in sales achievement and team management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
  • Experience in store operations management, including inventory control, scheduling, and daily operations
  • Good understanding of sales metrics (e.g. revenue targets, conversion rate, ATV) and ability to drive performance
  • Strong customer service mindset with experience in handling escalated customer issues
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and performance data to make informed business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
