- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage timelines and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — receive briefs, align on timelines, manage expectations, and provide regular progress updates
- Develop monthly content calendars, write compelling Xiaohongshu copy (titles, notes, hashtags), and adapt tone and style to suit each brand’s identity
- Plan and execute content shoots (mobile or camera), capture photos and videos, coordinate with content creators, and handle basic post-production editing
- Upload and schedule Xiaohongshu posts, apply accurate tags and labels, and continuously optimise content based on performance data
- Track key performance metrics, compile weekly analytics reports, and translate data insights into actionable content improvements
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and inbox messages, follow up on client concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
