- Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communication
- Fluent in English. Able to communicate in BM. Additional languages (written and spoken) are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, oral, written, telephone, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Internet-savvy, proficient in MS Office, with strong computer skills
