- Passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
- Relevant experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin.
- Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Process and manage customer orders received via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Arrange timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales outlet.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
