What You'll Do

As an Online Customer Service Representative at BAEMONT, your mission is to guide, educate, and assist customers through their diamond journey—all through chat, email, and messaging platforms. You’ll be trained with the same deep product knowledge as our sales consultants, enabling you to:

  • Presales Support
  • Answer product, customization, and diamond-related queries clearly and confidently.
  • Share past works, designs, and specifications based on customer needs.
  • Guide customers to book appointments at showrooms (KL, Penang, Singapore) if they wish to continue in person.
  • Sales Support
  • Engage customers ready to transact online by helping them understand specs, budgets, and availability.
  • Assist them in placing orders or directing them to the right consultant if needed.
  • Keep communication smooth across platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, email, website chat).
  • After-Sales Support
  • Respond to requests related to resizing, servicing, polishing, and follow-ups.
  • Step in when sales consultants are unavailable and help relay customer needs internally.
  • Track recurring clients and assist with maintaining strong long-term engagement.
