ITE / Polytechnic / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or related engineering field
- Minimum 10 years experience in Electrical Construction Industry
- Experienced in various type of projects (Renovation, Commercial, High Rise, Infrastructure)
- Experienced in ELV System is an advantage
- Prior experience in interior fit-out works is an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
- Fluent in English, Chinese, Cantonese, Malay (written & spoken)
- Independent, resourceful, proactive, and a team player
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Manage and oversee M&E design, procurement, and installation across the project lifecycle
- Coordinate between MEP and civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Lead project team to complete projects on schedule
- Review and approve M&E designs, drawings, and technical submittals
- Conduct site inspections and audits for quality and safety
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain project schedules specific to M&E deliverables
- Track budgets, control costs, and prepare progress & financial reports
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of M&E materials and equipment
- Ensure M&E works comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes
