Project Manager Water Treatment

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant major.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in the company's wastewater and pure water treatment technologies and processes.
- Capable of strictly controlling project construction quality, engineering materials and equipment incoming inspection, tracking construction progress, and ensuring construction quality and site safety.
- Able to reasonably and effectively manage project resources, control project costs and on-site progress.
- Able to apply national and local project construction management policies and regulations to reasonably avoid policy risks.
- Able to proactively identify problems in work processes and continuously propose improvement methods.
- Possess strong communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility, as well as excellent analytical, judgmental and stress tolerance abilities.
- Develop project payment collection plans in accordance with the project schedule, and timely complete routine application and collection of project payments.
- Cooperate in project final accounts and audit work, be responsible for verifying construction package adjustments, and control project implementation costs.
- Lead the execution of medium and large-sized projects under the leadership of the department manager, and conduct overall management of the responsible projects.
- Be familiar with the scope of work, contract requirements, technical specifications and construction drawings of the awarded contract.
- Formulate feasible construction organization plans for the overall tasks of the project.
- Organize project team members and construction teams to strictly implement the plans and ensure key project milestones.
- Strictly control construction quality and comply with various standards and specifications.
- Take overall responsibility for project safety, eliminate potential safety hazards and deficiencies, and ensure civilized construction.
- Arrange project team members to collect and organize project engineering documents and materials.
- Maintain friendly relations, close communication and good cooperation with the owner, general contractor, management company and supervision unit.
