Customer Service Specialist Mandarin or Cantonese Speaker

We're looking for Malaysian citizens who are:

  • Good in Cantonese, able to read and type in traditional mandarin got SPM Cert of above
  • Have basic English proficiency (English interview & assessment)
  • Open to shifting schedules (First 3 months must onsite, After 3 months probation may apply for WFH based on performance)

Voice Support:

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues in a courteous manner
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Document call details and customer interactions in the system
  • Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure customer satisfaction

Email Support:

  • Respond to customer emails clearly, professionally, and within service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Understand and address customer concerns, questions, or feedback via email
  • Draft personalized and accurate replies using templates and product knowledge
  • Log email interactions and updates into the CRM or support system
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution or follow-ups
  • Maintain proper grammar, tone, and structure in all written communications
  • WORKING HOURS: 24/7 Shift Rotational
  • RACE: No restrictions (Must be able to read speak type in traditional mandarin)
  • WORKING DAYS / HOURS: 8 working hours+1hour break a day (Rotation), 5 days a week (Rotation)
  • FULL TIME ONSITE / HYBRID: First 3 months must onsite, After 3 months probation may apply for WFH based on performance
  • HOW MANY STAGES OF INTERVIEW: Doing Assessment and 1 round interview
