- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.

- Familiarity with basic logistics processes, including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on shipment status.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy in data entry, order confirmation, and coordination with internal departments.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, including freight forwarders and carriers, to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transportation-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively identify and resolve any potential delays or disruptions, communicating updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or claims related to shipping damages, shortages, or errors, processing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment information in the company's database.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
