Minimum a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any field.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics processes, including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on shipment status.
  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy in data entry, order confirmation, and coordination with internal departments.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers, including freight forwarders and carriers, to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transportation-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively identify and resolve any potential delays or disruptions, communicating updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or claims related to shipping damages, shortages, or errors, processing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment information in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
