- Candidates must possess at least SPM/ Diploma.
- 2-3 years and above of supervisory experiences in large scale fast retail store management (FMCG) are preferred.
- Familiar with the Operations of the Retail Store, Merchandising, Manpower Management and Store Management
- Skills Required: Retail Management, Inventory Control and Team Leadership
- Familiar with Office Software and Strong in Analytic Skill
- Good in Communication and Coordination, have Team Spirit and strong in execution ability
- Flexible to follow company’s outlet and regional deployment

- Able to work on weekend/rotating shift
- Preferable who can start work immediately and willing travel to attend training at Kuala Lumpur/Other nearest outlets

- Sales management:
- Based on the monthly target issued by the headquarters, manage the store sales and profit
- Track the performance and regularly do data analysis and improvement
- Control cost and maintain sensitive analysis of competing products
- Store management:
- Pay attention to the shopping environment and store safety before and after the store, and
- Product management:
- Responsible for inventory management such as daily inventory and product expiration date
- Develop a loss prevention plan to reduce store losses
- Analyze store product data to plan improvements and increase sales
- Display management:
- Inspect and manage the display of goods according to the display standards, supervise the
- Training management:
- Responsible for the training and ensure service management of store personnel, manage
customer service feedback, and flexibly handle customer complaints to maintain brand
image- Financial management:
- Follow up and deal with the payment and tax work in the store
- Supervise the security of the payment and self-inspection of the store
- Formulate anti-theft measures to supervise the implementation of the store
- Personnel management:
- Responsible for the selection, use, teaching and retention of store employees
- Ensure the staffing of the store, and the construction of the store personnel echelon, timely
- Supervise the implementation of the work, timely summary, feedback and optimization
suggestions8. Cultural management:
- Deeply understand the company’s information policy
- Promote and implement the company's corporate culture
- Build a good store culture to achieve simplicity and efficiency
- Recruitment and Training new retail staffs
- Source, recruit and interview store staffs
- Attend career fair and employer branding together with HR teams
- Train new staffs, prepare new staff onboarding
- Bachelor's degree is preferred/ more than 3-5 years of experience in store management
- Strong data analysis ability, able to grasp the data contacted in the process of store
management, including turnover-related data, attrition rate, turnover rate, promotion
ratio, etc- Strong overall planning ability, data statistics, induction, analysis and application ability,
visual display ability and keen risk management awareness
- Follow company regional deployment and identify with the company's corporate culture
- Willing to relocate or travel outstation to other stores
- Able to work on rotating retail operation hour including weekend and public holiday
- Able to work in 3 rotating shifts
- Willing to travel to Kuala Lumpur for a training period
