Hi, I’m Shannon, CEO of Accel Scaling. My husband and I are looking for a reliable and proactive Family Personal Assistant to support us across work, home, and family life.
This role isn’t just about calendars or errands. We’re looking for someone who can be a calm, trusted presence behind the scenes, helping both of us manage busy lives, family responsibilities, property matters, and everything in between.
You’ll be our go-to person for getting things sorted, keeping things moving, and helping us stay focused on what matters most. If you enjoy being that person who just gets things done and takes ownership, this might be the right role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing- Calendar & Communication Support
- Schedule and manage appointments for both of us with zero clashes
- Send agendas in advance and take meeting minutes during key sessions
- Manage inboxes, draft replies, and chase for decisions
- Provide AM/PM check-ins and update us on priorities daily
- Crisis & Event Coordination
- Handle last-minute changes or emergencies with calm and clear plans
- Coordinate company or personal events, meetings, and family activities
- Act on our behalf in urgent situations and prepare quick summaries or decisions
- Digital & Admin Efficiency
- Maintain a live task tracker and keep deadlines updated
- Submit weekly expense reports and maintain a clean digital filing system
- Manage password vaults and ensure all tools are running smoothly
- Troubleshoot issues or research and recommend tools/systems
- Family Office & Property Management
- Manage household utility bills, vendor payments, and maintenance schedules
- Liaise with helpers and vendors to make sure everything’s on track
- Track documents like passports, insurance, property files
- Arrange deliveries, pickups, and even pet care when needed
- Personal Errands & Family Scheduling
- Book medical, school, or family appointments
- Coordinate family holidays, gifts, groceries, or anything else that keeps life moving
- Track petty cash and credit card usage, file receipts weekly
- Support my husband with his logistics and travel needs
- Direct Access & Mentorship: Work closely with two of us and see how we balance business and life
