What You Bring
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (fresh grads welcome!)
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
- Willing to travel and stay on-site throughout project durations (1 - 4months)
- Possess valid driver’s license and own transport
Bonus If You Have:
- CIDB Green Card
- AESP certification or First Aid training
- Prior site experience (full-time)
- ️Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on-site️
- Coordinate and lead site teams to keep projects on track️
- Ensure work meets quality, safety, and technical standards️
- Submit clear and timely reports (daily, weekly, and handover)️
- Prepare As-Built drawings and documentation for project completion️
- Organize the site and complete all checklists and records️
- Support your superior with any other required tasks
