Achieve at least SPM education.
- 1–2 years of admin or office experience (restaurant experience preferred).
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, email, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or finance.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Reliable, honest, and able to work independently.
- Act as coordinator between restaurant operation and main office.
- Provide documents, information and follow-up to Account and HR Department.
- Maintain and manage petty cash: Log small expenses (transport, cleaning, repair),keep receipts, maintain physical and digital logs, and submit petty cash replenishment requests with summary sheet.
- Reconcile daily sales report (print or system-based) with physical reports and ensure expense claims with receipts before forwarding to finance.
- Vendor delivery receipts with invoices and compile physical copies to be sent to the main office.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all documents (licenses, checklists, equipment logs).
- Prepare and manage documents for audits, inspections, or internal checkups.
- Keep updated records of business permits and pest control logs.
- Track and reorder stock of consumables and supplies (office stationery).
- Assist in compiling and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as requested by the manager: restaurant forms , inventory (beverage opening closing of the month / utensil equipment ) list.
- Act as the central admin contact point for external vendors (maintenance, uniforms, banking, procurement/ branch devices apps/ grab top up).
