Possess a minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in restaurant management, specifically in a high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrate fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse staff and clientele.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate a large team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in all aspects of floor management, including table management, guest relations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Must be willing to work full-time and be based in or willing to relocate to Johor Bahru.
  • SPM/'O' Level certification is required.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Manage and supervise floor staff, including servers, bussers, and hosts, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Implement and maintain restaurant standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction, addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant profitability, including cost control measures, sales initiatives, and marketing promotions.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for both staff and customers.
